2nd day of new year.
I do hope that everyone are doing well and great.
Well for me, back to reality of stressful work again.Good thing that there was no heavy traffic this morning since almost everyone were back to work.It seems that other people are still on leave or vacation today.For me,its not applicable since there are too many pending works for me now.
I did got lots of faxed and emailed to do so.Quite busy yet taking one thing at a time to avoid being in a hurry and got stressed which I wanted to avoid this new year.
Everyone are seems to be busy.
Just dropped by here while having snack.
Have great day ahead to all of us and enjoy the day.

Well, I live in a situation that is completely different from your own.
You must know that I, despite having the ripe old age of 37 years, I am unfortunately still unemployed. This obviously does not make me an honor!
For me, the day, whether they are working or on holidays, they are still the same. It may look nice, but at the long, I guarantee you that's boring. Especially the fact that obviously in a situation like mineare also penniless.
I hope that 2013 will bring something good from the side of the work, although, given the crisis, I have serious doubts!

I was surprised to see that my boss canceled classes for both Monday and Tuesdays. Koreans really like to work and make money so he normally only gives one day holidays such as for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I was only in Chicago for 5 days because he wouldn't let me take a week off. I think Monday was canceled not because of the holiday but because we are moving to a bigger location down the street and they needed time to move.
I don't want to work tomorrow, especially because the new location is further from where I live and it will take me more than twice as long to walk there.

Oh good thing that you had few days of vacation than the usual.But you have said, you are moving into other location wherein farther from where you live but maybe you will used to it as well as days go by.Good luck and have a great year ahead of you.

I walked to work today and it took me about a half hour. When I was really fast I had gotten to the old location in 11 minutes. It was nice outside today so I did not mind the exercise. I took the bus home because it is now dark outside and I have been paranoid since my sister got mugged in Brooklyn. It took less than 20 minutes by bus.

Oh I like walking since it a nice way of exercise. Walking in the morning is great to do. I also wanted to just walk going at work.

My children started back to school for the second half of their school year yesterday and that meant that the craziness that is my life got started again for the year.
I had to pick up my little one from school early because of the fact that I had to take him for his first dentist appointment. And of course my husband is back to work on his regular schedule as well.

School will resume here by next week since they went on vacation this holiday quite late. For sure by next week those students will add up to the commuters and passengers that will surely add up in the traffic.
Almost everyone are back in their normal schedule and so busy with things to attend to.

Hi there.
After all the relaxing moment we have in our vacation, one thing for sure, we really need to come back to reality and deal with it. It's the reason why people tend to forget everything while on vacation and make the most out of it...because for sure there will tons of work to do as soon as we go back to our job.
Anyways, I didn't have a vacation. I hope I did since I was sick the entire holiday season.

Your right, relaxing moment was over and have to back to reality of work and life.Things are quite back into normal for me and attending into pending works caused by long vacation.Traffic is what I hate the most since I already used to waking up early again.

Yeah, it is nice that despite our busy schedules there are long weekend holidays for us to rest and go on our own hometown. Like me, I spent my long Christmas vacation in my hometown together with my boyfriend and family. I always set my long vacation during Christmas because I believe that the true essence of Christmas is being with the one we love. Good thing I did it. Now, I am inspired going to work as I mesmerized those happy moments with my loved ones.

Long weekend holidays really help a lot for us to have a break, rest, relax and spend more quality time with our family wherein we could build and make more happy memories with them that could somehow help us to motivate more in doing things that are also for them. Its quite lazy at first but since we already used to it, we can return immediately with what we used to do.

Well, I do not have the luxury unless I take time off for a vacation or am sick to have the holidays off, so had to work them myself. But anytime you take a break from work for very long it is much needed, and worth it. Then the hard part is having to get up and go back there, but knowing you need the money.

Waking up again early again is the first struggle but have to since we really need to work to earn so that we could give and support our family to live.But this long vacation was worth it since I spend quality and enjoy time with my family, friends, loved ones and relatives.I really made this vacation worth it, happy and fun.

Yeah, I know the feeling. got to work all dday, and then go to the bank and make sure the bills all get paid, and money is in the accounts where it belongs. Got to sort out the debts and overdraft fees of the blessed (or wretched) season of overspending. LOL I want to go back to my vacation! LOL

Well I want it as well, to go back into vacation but its quite expensive as well lol.Back to normal life again that I used to especially at work.Too many things to attend to that I have already started and taking one at a time to avoid getting stress and over tired.Good luck to all of us and hoping all the best for this new year.

First of all Happy New Year. Wed 2 Jan, 2013 was the first school day of the New Year and the first working day of the year. I sent my son to school in the morning the traffic was heavy. When I brought him back from school in the afternoon the traffic jam was so so massive that it took me almost an hour that normally took me 20 minutes.

Traffic here is started to be back to normal too.Volume of vehicles on the streets is already increasing and travel time is quite long again.Work life is already back to normal to me and no changes so far.

yes the work is quite stressful for me and i was also in the same boat with boredom and totally engaged with work.There was no clue about how to progress and its quite dramatic for sure

Somehow work is quite stressful and tiring after long vacation since there are so many pending works to do and to be done.Deadlines always add up to the stress but hoping and trying my best to finish it all and meet the deadlines.

Oh right, everyone are busy now but I still find time here during break so that I could relax from stressful work even a bit.Everything were already started to back into normal again.Phone calls are continuous and lost of things to attend but I am taking things one by one to avoid confusion and complications.

I think I am one of them during the first day work this year.Quite hard to wake up early again since I always woke up late during holidays cause getaway lasted late 
.BUt I already started to used to the usually routing that I have before so I guess I am back to normal work mode just like other people.

Yeah have to work to support our family and pay all our expenses but at least we do have a chance to have long vacation even for a while to have time to rest, relax and enjoy our lives.

It's so hard to come back to work after such a long weekend and after the holidays. Now at least for me, we have a huge stretch of time with no days off during the week. It's kinda sad!

Having vacation once in awhile really helps a lot to feel refresh and enjoy life we have. We still have to find time to rest and relax from stressful and tiring work even once in a while cause we really need it. Life is not just to work for us to buy and get things that we need or want but its also to enjoy life that we have.

Here too, everything seems to be starting to back to normal.People in the streets are increasing and vehicles are started to volume up.Traffic was already back into normal so I really have to spare some minutes going at the office.
Good thing that had one day closed to rest and relax for a while.

I just finished 3 days vocation and back to work today, it is a horrible feeling to get up so early and try as much as i can to catch the shuttle bus in my company. I think that tomorrow everything will back to normal.

Waking up early again I guess will be the first struggle in going back to work after long vacation, then traffic will be next and pending work will be coming after we arrive at the office.Well at least we had long vacation to relax, rest and enjoy life with out love ones.I think it will take a while before this long vacation will gonna happened again.
