Road accidents are claiming so many lives. / myLot

its sad that this festive season has left so many people crying.there is alot of accidents happening.in my country on new years day over 14 people died in a bus crash yesterday and this morning we hear 8 more people have died in another crash.the problem is there are some drivers rushing too much to pick more passengers and make money.some are tired because they have not got enough rest and we also have a few accidents because of drunk drivers.its so sad because if you find a personal car involved in an accident you could loose more than 3 memebers of one family.i hope things are different in your area,its so sad to start the year this way.

People should really take precautions when driving. There are also people who still drive even when drunk. These o people should follow the rules of the road or it'll be their lives on the line. I've been in an accident before, actually. The experience was pretty horrific. It was way back in high school. I drank with classmates and the person driving the car was also drunk. To cut the story short, we dodged another car and got totaled against a tree. Instead of going home, we went straight to the nearest hospital because my friend was bleeding profusely. I don't want to experience that anymore so I strictly follow the rules of the road. I also hate those people who don't know how to follow them. They have no idea what could happen to them if they walk into an accident.

sorry about your incidence but its sad when this happens, a drunk driver is not only a danger to himself but also other people on the road,atleast you know the repercussions and will advise such people.thanks for sharing.

Thanks. Drunk drivers will only learn once they get themselves intro into an accident, much like what happened to me. If that happens to somebody else, I'm sure they'll say the same thing. I think it was the worst experience I've ever had. Well, next to falling off a stage.

This is due to irresponsible driving. Drivers must take note that they are driving with many lives in their hands. No matter how we drive carefully if the drivers behind us is not careful- that will cost our lives in dangers too.

i agree with you,to be a driver should mean you are very responsible,the big problem is people are driving cars before they are very careful and end up causing accidents.
