What are you talking abaout !? HipHop is chearfull ARE YOU NUTS!? or maybe you are litening only to those R&B songs on MTV and call them HipHop.. PLEaSE!!!
Yeah this might be hiphop too.. BUT not all hiphop is that dancable and cheerfull
You have to listen something before 1996 ... for me this is the real hiphop.
I don't want to arque with you but you don't know nuttin` about hiphop...

I am not fond of all hip-hop/rap. I do think that rapping is an art form and that, musically, SOME of the groups have done something useful!
It is certainly very popular all over the world and thrives in many African countries (partly because that is where many of the elements originated).

What's up?
I think rap music is taking over the globe.I am from Holland, in Holland there is a very live hip-hop culture.Europe has embraced rap music since it's beginning.There was a Dutch rapper called U-NIQ collaborated with Nas on his Nastradamus album, the track was called Hate me now.There was also another Dutch rapper called BrainPower did a song called One
Mic, on Nas his album.I think kids from the Bronx did a very good job starting this Hip-hop thing.

Hip hop is my favorite,I love the beats,the basslines as well as the vocal,and It's also very popular in Hong Kong.Some guys would even dresses like rappers.
