listening to praise song is like listening to love songs

I believe it is not a coincidence that I found your discussion. I feel that God is tapping my shoulders once again. I love Christians songs as well. Sometimes I feel like crying just listening to them. The songs are so overwhelming and very powerful. Some of my favorites are Lord I Offer My Life to you and Give You My Heart and One Way. Songs from Hillsong United are really good, I recommended that you try them! Have a Blessed Mylotting Day!

Same here Now, I like listening to praise songs, especially when I am stressed out, having too much on my mind, I find that praise songs calm me down. I've had a lot of changes over the years. Among them is my taste in music. I just call it 'growing old' -- and maturity. Have a nice day!

I like worship songs very much. I like to go to church on Sunday morning to sing the worship songs, it enriching our hearts and soul. You are not blurting out. God put those thoughts in your mind, and you fall in love (First Love). I too enjoy praise and worship songs, but I personally feel that hymns speak best.

Songs and praises, church songs or whatever you may call it has a healing effect on me. I like listening and singing at the same time, something in me finds it very soothing so it calms my heart and thought.

Hi there, God does move in al of us, it is only just a matter of time when we are going to be called. I was not the type to listen to praise and worship songs too. when i was starting to attend a christian church i usually do not even attend, or go in until after the worship service is over and i would just be listening to the pastor preach. But then i guess i have a friend who loves praise and worship song and it just so happened he was playing a worship song that has touched my heart so instantly i was curious. I needed to know the song, i had the urge to want to hear it all the time, memorize it and sing with it too. Ever since that song, i have been finding more and more songs that i can relate to, songs of praises and worship that i love listening to and i have started collecting them as well and share with friends who also listen to such songs. I remember i was even in a long conversation with a friend only chatting about this particular song that we both loved listening to, some of them would suggest songs and i too would suggest and share them copies. I have proven, really that praise and worship songs have been helpful. When i am feeling down, when i am hurt, in pain and when i feel i needed to be alone - only in the comfort of God, I would just listen to a song then i would then have lifted spirits, and i would feel better instantly. hi there jazel_juan. i got a couple of gospel songs in my music player. i really don't think of it much. i listen to a song because i like it regardless of its genre or artist. anyway, i'm glad to read that you are in your own words, '...falling in love all over again... growing spiritually... growing over all'. cheers and happy mylotting!!!

hi, before i really love to listen praises songs especially when i was in pain left by my ex partner before,and even now i still have some praises song in my phone and i played too.actually my younger sister hate it when she heard the praise song i play because she don't like it.

I like to hear worship and praise songs. They give me peace and comfort. It is more of spiritual when one listens to praise songs. God Bless
