I am fighting the urge to snack at night

Actually it's 1 am already here. All I can think about is food. But I had too much already when we ate in the restaurant few hours back. So I'm trying to forget the food and think of something else. So I'm just hoping that I would be able to discipline myself and just enjoy being online while I am not able to sleep.

I've been trying to lose weight Im at my heaviest I've been and having health issues because of it. My doctor told me that snacking at night is especially bad. Im not so good at it but I am trying to get on a better schedule going to bed at a descent hour and sleeping so you wont be so concerned about wanting to eat something. If you just have to have something I would suggest something like celery and a glass of water or something like that. Something that doesnt have any calories or next to none would be ok.

Same is my condition, i am really heavy which hurts

Try to drink a glass of water or milk.. or just try to workout now, nothing to seriuos just a couple of sit-ups or something like that..

I also have this habit but now i have quit it completely actually if you need a good sleep try warming some milk put some crushed ginger, turmeric and a pinch of mace powder drink it warm, it helps a lot as a natural sleeping pill and also calms and soothes your senses.

I get that way many nights here. I have a plastic container in frig with celery and carrot sticks. When I get the urge at night to eat, I grab that plastic container. Give it a try. Works for me here.

Yeah snacking at night is so bad for us since we don't excerise when we are sleeping so the food just sits there in our stomach. I hope you can resist! When I am thinking of food, I keep myself busy so I won't give in to the temptation.
