I was cleaning out my closet last night, I had some notes from college courses. I had piles them in a stack to throw in the recycling. I had to work early this morning so I was in a hurry, and forgot them in the pile. I even walked by them this morning, and said I should take them out but kept going. I came home to all the papers chewed up, and Marco laying right in the middle of them where he had made a bed.

I cannot even imagine how you are able to live with so many pets. How many do you have? Are you going to keep Marco or will you just have him for a small amount of time?

That sounds just like something that would happen at my house if I forget to get my trash taken out before I leave the house. I will come home and the trash will be taken out of the trashcan, but it definitely isn't put where it is supposed to be. At least since you hadn't had the opportunity to take all of the paperwork out to be recycled, at least Marco did make good use of them, although he also left you with a mess to clean up.

At least he had fun while I was at work, I just scooped it all into a bag, and put it in the recycling.

Well that sucks that happened to you. I get like that alot where I get things out because I need it and set aside then when I go to leave I forget what I needed. I've never had an animal chew them up before though as I don't have any pets. I'm sorry this happened to you but atleast now you learned your lesson not to do that again.

LOL! Now that is the most cutest story I read all day! Anyway I hope you didn't have too much of a mess (ha!) to clean up. I'm sure the recycling company will take up chewed-up papers just as they would take the other papers!

Nope, just scooped it all up, and put it in bags, for the recycling. At least it entertained him for the time being.

That made me laugh! Marco said if you are too busy to recycle, I'll do it for you!

At least the papers are technically getting recycled. Did you let Marco keep the papers he chewed up for a bed or did you take them away from him?

It's a difficult job, but somebunny had to do it. My cats would have been happy to shred a pile of papers. If there was any tape, my male cat would have even delicately nibbled it. Middle cat will take care of any cords that need chewing.
