A Pitcher of Cucumber Water A Day Keeps Skin Aging Away

One of my friends told me that to lessen the possibility of rapid skin aging, especially for those who smoke and are exposed to stress, one should not just settle for drinking enough water a day. By adding cucumber slices to your water, you'll be hydrated and you'll get the benefits of the nutrients from the refreshing cucumber. This year I vow to take good care of my skin because I am not getting any younger. I want to try this cucumber water drink and see if it really works. How about you? have you tried drinking cucumber water? I would love to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks!

Hey! I think I might try this one. I've heard cucumbers are good for a lot of things, like bags under the eyes. It's because of their high water content. If I slice them up and put them in my water, it certainly won't hurt anything. I have three cucumbers in the fridg right now, two are going in a salad and the other one I will use to cut up and put in my water. I know lemon juice is really good for the skin too, especially if you use fresh lemon juice that you have squeezed yourself.

I haven't tried drinking cucumber water but I often hear that cucumber is good for the skin too. Like on television, you see people doing facial and putting cucumber slices on their eyes. I might try it in the future since cucumbers aren't expensive and even if it isn't good for the skin it is still healthy. I hope I remember this when I go grocery shopping next time.
