This I would say, depends on which devices you are using such Operating Systems. If you go over a mobile handset such as iPhones, iPad, iPod then the iOs is great because it has a stable capability in terms of portable devices not to mention that the Operating System is only catered for their Apple brand. If you are far the traditional and more likely office and “desktop”, then Microsoft is better since it is more of the generic brand when it comes to Office tools. Lastly, if you want to explore a new rising Operating System, then you go over the Windows-8 although it is made also by Microsoft, it leaps to its traditional windows operating system catering mobility, touch-screen friendly interface.

Hi Sohel, Each Operating system has its own significance.Based on your requirements,you can use the OS in your computer friend.If you use any programming language for web than i feel windows 8 is better to use.

In my opinion you have to use it first and then you can tell what is good or bad about an OS. I used windows 8 and found out something is missing in it.I could not find the start menu which is most annoying for me. You have to find your way through it. But for the most part you have a plethora of apps in your fingertips. I think you should try Windows 8 once. I have not used IOS . I prefer windows 7 more for the simple above mentioned reasons.
