Difficulty Understanding Like Box for facebook / myLot

I am doing some upgrade on my blogsite and synchronizing my facebook to my blogsite. But I am having hard time doing the like box procedure. Do you have a blog can recommend which has easier step to follow?

Hi I have a blog and it has the like box. I installed it last year. I just followed the instructions in facebook. That was simple,but I do not know if it changes.
