They are calling with my schedule

I was told that I would get my schedule by wednesday morning, it is now friday evening. They called and my phone was dead (it was almost dead), I didn;t have enough to talk on so I let it go to the machine. I am going to call back tomorrow, and tell them sorry, but I was told Wednesday, I had called Wednesday and Thursday with no answers, I took other job offers. I changed my mind, I don't want to work there anymore, and my seasonal job should be in the next few weeks. The fact it's taken them this long, not worth the hassle.

If you think its not worth then its better not to accept the offer. But if you really think you can make some good money meanwhile you get your seasonal jobs you can try it. But of course it all depends upon your flexibility. If its worth then give it a try.

It doesn't seem as if they are flexible at all, they kept changing it. I think I will call and turn it down. Not worth the hassle for 2 months period.

When a place is that slow with scheduling, one has to wonder what they would be like about actually paying. I've dealt with situations where I have all but had to chase people down to get my paycheck--not fun. I think that you made the right decision to shift your focus to other opportunities. This job does not sound as though it is worth the hassle.

I tried but they took too long, so I took other offers. I look at my best interest not theres. I had worked for this franchise in the past, and yes there were sometimes I had to chase down a few paychrques.

I agree, if they needed you so bad they would have called back before hand. Them taking their time means you don't know how else their scheduling would be.

Exactly, I will focus on my petsitting, and try to get a paper route, which is once a week which would work around my other jobs.
