Yes sir game means good exercise. Club joining is not necessary if we are playing only for our happiness and body then we can play near our home. But if we want to go in competition then club is necessary. You are right for legs exercise football is good.

Only certain games can be played after a certain age.Not all games can be played at all ages. Some games are so strenuous that only young people can play it like for example football and hockey. But many indoor games can be played by people of all ages. Even volleyball and badminton is stressing for people above 40 and if not fully fit

You are right not every game but few games can play in any age. Football can also play after 40 but cant play after 60 because now 40 means young age even some person marriage performed in this age.

I love badminton. I still play with my teenage sons once in a while. Sometimes we go to an indoor badminton court in nearby high school and play with others too. There are all different ages of players enjoying the game. I agree we can do any activities we are interested in at any age as long as we are still blessed with the ability to do so.

Whenever my family is together we play a lot of games. Mostly indoor board or card games, but we also will go bowling. I think I would enjoy badminton and volleyball, although it has been many years since I have played either one of them. My husband likes horseshoes. My elderly parents play card and dice games every morning. I think it keeps your mind and body healthy to play games and have fun.

Hi! It is good to play any outdoor or indoor game. Games like badminton will help you in physical activity and games like chess will help you increase your brain power. Keep playing. I also used to play chess and sometimes I used to play on Computer also. I like the game but now a days I do not find much time for it.

Yes, indeed Happy to hear you play so many games, all of you! I am not that old to reconsider playing... but I am quite choosy about partners :: When will you start playing soccer?

If a person is able to physically or mentally able to play a game, then I think that it is appropriate for a person to play a game at any age. When I was growing up, we spent a lot of time in the yard playing croquet, volleyball, baseball and even basketball. It didn't seem to make a difference that we were playing with our parents and grandparents, to me it was very valuable to have the opportunity to be physically active with generations of my family.

I am glad to know that you are involved in outdoor and indoor games as well. I wanted to learn tennis but until now I could not start because of work related matters. Have a nice day!

Hi surekha bhabhi. I am still young and hence it is natural for me to still play sports and games. However my mom is 56 years old. And yet she plays badminton with dad everyday in the evening. My father works in railways and every year they have competitions between different zones. This time my mom is competing in table tennis and badminton . And my father is competing in the instrumental competition where he is playing guitar and singing competition. Looking at them I definitely feel that there is no age for playing sports and games. ~=SuperShames=~

I think games are meant for all ages. And i agree with you games, education has no age restriction. I can add chocolates, watching tv and many more things to that list. There is no age restriction of any kind for things. The important criteria is to enjoy the age.As long as you enjoy the game, every thing else is fine.I too play games. It could be outdoor games like cricket or football or any indoor games.I do play chess and also games in my android cellphone.Games also helps in better thinking and also in relaxing mind.Another good part of games, it helps in keeping the mind and body more active. So a more youthful look for things is helped. The focus gets better according to me.Good to know you are enjoying the games and elders are also enjoying the game. Thanks!
