Another sleepless night

Today is day 3 of another sleepless night. I'm not sure why this keeps happening to me but again I only got maybe 4 hours of sleep last night I even went to bed at 11pm an hour after I got home from work because I was so tired. Maybe I was just over tired and that's why I couldn't sleep. But I hope tonight I don't have this issue again. I woke up with a headache and lightheaded because of the lack of sleep I been getting. Usually when this happens it means my b12 level is low but I just got the shot a few weeks ago so I know it's not that. If it keeps up I'm definitely going to mention something to my doctor and see if there's anything he can do for me. What do you guys think? I'm not going to let it ruin my day though.

Maybe you are coming down with a cold, I know I get like that when I start to get sick. I actually been having good sleeps, I normally will lay in bed for hours then finally fall asleep, I went to bed the last few nights, and passed out right away.

I doubt I'm coming down with a cold as I just got done being sick. I think it's just my body messed up with my schedule because I been going into work earlier than normal and then staying at work late the last few nights. I'm hoping tonight I get a good nights sleep if not I'll be taking my oxycodone to help me sleep.

It could just be the change in routine, I find over the winter months, I tend to get into a routine, of going to bed at 11pm waking up at 8am. When my season job comes back into play I am all screwed up for a few weeks.

One of the most common causes of sleepless nights is that people usually think too much which is why they couldn't enjoy a sound sleep. when i couldn't sleep, i start thinking while closing my eyes that i'm going downstairs and the stairs are too long to end; and you know what happens after that! i sleeeep. it really works for me but i'm not sure about yours. what i mean is that it's all about our imagination as to how we think instead of taking sleeping pills.

Good day Blondie2222, There are times, I do also experienced that especially when there are a lot of ideas joggling in to my mind. So whenever I am encountering that, I used to drink a glass of milk plus vitamins for me to get a sound sleep. Or else, I would end up awake.

Sometimes I can't sleep too. Too many thoughts are in my head and I worry too much about my tasks. But I started to learn how to think about just enough about my tasks and focus on the things what I must do now.

What about taking a long walk after supper?My mother used to sleepless at night,and some people told her to take a walk after supper.And it really helped.I know.it is so terrible to stay awake late at night,and it is also harmful to our health.Maybe because of the working pressure that makes you sleepless,take it easy.
