After denying for a long time that he has been abusing drugs to get ahead in cycling, he has finally admit that he did actually take drugs. Not that we didn't know but the admission is perhaps the final nail to the legend of tour de France.

I know he had an interview with Oprah Winfrey but I didn't see it. According to the news this morning, Oprah said he didn't come as clean as she had hoped for. Not quite sure what that meant but I'm positive we'll find out soon enough.

I'm curious to see how Oprah's ratings were for last night's interview. I don't even have her channel.

I wonder how many people even believed him anymore, before he just came out with admitting it. I don't believe there have been many at all in the USA who have believed him for a long time. However, so many people wanted to overlook his cheating because of how much money he raised for cancer. But the cheating isn't what upsets most people. It's how he trampled people who came out and told the truth about him. That is what bothers me. Not the cheating. I mean they couldn't even give away 6 of his 7 Tour titles because the people who placed behind him also got busted for cheating. But the coldness of what he did to other people's lives really makes me angry.

My understanding is that most of the cyclists were using performance enhancers as well. It's not as uncommon in sports as it is made out to be. I kind of wish everyone would just stop talking about it lol. At least he came clean. There are alot of other atheletes that won't

Hiya iwrite, Now perhaps he can heal himself and not do it again. I am no one to judge him and I bet you there are others but they might never get caught ever. Perhaps stress was something he could not manage at that time who knows we are all a different world of our own. Stress can make us do things without thinking of the outcome however I think that they should also think of what they are doing to themselves as well it cannot be good to take those kind of things ever. xxx
