The seller came down 10 thousand

Yay I am excited. The offer I put on a house was rejected and my realtor advised me not to go up any more. Anyway the offer was dead as of 12 noon yesterday. I just got a call that the seller lowered her price by 10 thousand so we are still in the game. Now I put in another offer really close to hers so hopefully we can seal this deal soon. I knew if I stopped putting in offers and waited for a bit shed realize I was done upping my price and playing this back and forth game. As soon as prices stopped coming in she came to her senses and realized the market has gone down here and it's time for her to budge a bit. Fingers crossed, hopefully I know by tonight if I am a house owner.

That is potentially really good news for you and your family. Hopefully, one day soon, I will be able to come onto myLot and say that we are in the process of house hunting or taking a look at land to put a house on. This renting thing is getting kind of old as far as I'm concerned. Of course, before we ever get to that step, we really need to know what exactly it is that we are doing... and where.

OK I know I'm late here, because you said you already got the house. Congratulations on that. However, why not get some points for you and me? It's always nice when people come down a bit in price, and $10 K sounds likes a heck of a lot of money.
