What is the most you ever spend on an entre at the restaurant. I don't go to many expensive places but we went out to a nice place with the board members at work. There were just about 10 choices on the menue. Small portions and a burger with side small salad was over 20 bucks. I thought that was a lot.

I think I've eaten in a restaurant where the entree was over $50 but fortunately, I wasn't the one that had to pick up the tab. The food was just okay. I think we were paying for the presentation and the name chef. I can do the same to food in my own kitchen. These days it's not worth going to an exclusive eatery.

30 the most I ever psi. Very good, but not worth 30. Though, I'm a food nut, so I'm not complaining.

The most I have spent for an entree was about $35, and that was for something big like a rack of lamb, which I don't eat very often. I am going to NYC next month, and looking at staying at the Waldorf Astoria, because it's secure (but expensive). I see that they charge $20 for a cocktail, and $62 for a dang steak! LOL Something tells me I'll be eating appetizers as meals. LOL Maybe hitting buffets. For crying out loud, it's NEW YORK CITY! I'm sure there are other restaurants there. hahaha I do plan to visit The Russian Tea Room while I'm in NYC.

There are plenty of other places out there. Eating in NYC doesn't have to set you back $100/meal. Look for the quirky local places rather than the heavily tourist-oriented ones.

Entrees typically run between $10 and $25USD at most decent places. If my boyfriend and I are going out for lunch, we can expect to pay $20-30. For a nice dinner out, it can easily be $50. However, you must remember that we are not ordering meat. I may order seafood, but I am more likely to choose something vegetarian--as is my boyfriend.
