Brocolie cheese soup

My favorite new soup to make is brocolie and cheese soup in a bread bowl. I had it at a restaurant in Disney and it was so good I had to figure out how to make it at home.

I have neve had it and I didn`t know it existed. I only make quiches, puddings with broccoli brsides easing it al dente with mayonaise. Is the broccoli whole or is is blended in some way? I`d love to learn to make it and see how it tastes. I`m always on the lookout for new dishes.

The soup is usually smooth and creamy. See the link to the recipe search I have posted below.

You will find plenty of recipes for Broccoli and Cheese soup on the Internet. It is usually called Broccoli and Stilton but you could substitute other cheeses if you don't like blue cheese. Stilton is a fairly strong cheese with a creamy texture which does not go stringy when cooked. Start here: http://search.mylot.com/search.aspx?t=web&k=broccoli+and+stilton+soup

I love brocolli cheese soup. I have never attempted to make it though. Is it pretty simple? I wonder what it would taste like if you changed the type of cheese up.

Two of my favorites, broccoli and cheese! I have never had it before, but it does sound good. I'm also interested for the recipe now.
