First of all, hello to all mylotters.. I had been out for more than 6 months or so... I have a question about responsible people. One of my friends have a very ideal and responsible husband. He is like your favorite all-around guy. Now, my question is... would a responsible person be just as responsible when he is at his workplace?

I've always believed that the good things you do at home should also be exhibited even when you step outside your house and vice versa. Being responsible shouldn't be confined to only a certain area of a person's life. If it is, then that person isn't really responsible. Worse, he's a hypocrite.

In my points of view, a person who knows how to be flexible and the responsibility had been practicing from his own clear conscience. Then he is remarkable good person. If your friend claimed that he is a responsible husband, then we need to believe on this. In the work place is a different situation, if he cannot do his responsibility then there is something wrong. It can be lack of skills or unable to cope up with the changes in the company. Thus we cannot see the level of responsibility by saying it, it will reflect in the performance evaluation that used to be done by the human resource personnel.
