My friend has her birthday today! We went out planning to have a drink and come back home but we stayed out until 4 am. One of our friends was working at the bar and he was making coctails and shots. I know that every time we are decided to go out and have one drink we end up staying there until the bar closes! Tonight was one of those days, my friends and I had a great time and we didn't want to leave! We hadn't planned a party with a cake etc but we celebrated her birtday and had a lot of fun! We bought a pair of gold earrings for her and she was really happy with the gift! I hope I will be able to wake up tomorrow because we are going to meet for coffee and cake at her place! It is wonderful when we have so good moments with friends! Do you ever go out for just one drink, planning to come home early and stay out all night instead?

Hi there! Good thing you've enjoyed your night together with your girlfriends. All you to do next was to set your alarm on for the next day, and yes, I had done that. But it wasn't that healthy to stay awake for about 72 hours, you're health may have suffer the consequence. Be healthy.:)

Hello! Thanks for your comment! I woke up the next day with my head feeling "heavy" but it was fine after having breakfast and some coffee!

hi there besweet, this things usually happens when i am with my bestfriend. for so many times, we always plan to meet early for us to go back home early but it didn't happens. hence, we always end up late. maybe because we find the moment enjoyable, having a lot of updates, chat and other things. and to be honest, i missed doing that, because we can't go out anymore to spend sometime for ourselves. though we can have our chat and updates over the phone, but, it is more exciting to do more when you are talking in-front of each other.

I understand, phone can not replace the connection that you have with your friends when you meet in person. I used to do that very often in the past, not only at night but also for coffees, we had long discussions and a lot of fun, and the time was passing so quickly!

Oh yes. We just plan one time to visit our friend to the opening of her spa. We ended up spending the rest of the night staying up late, having drinks and playing some cards while catching up with whatever going-ons of our lives. Since it is a Saturday and we were well into Sunday dawn when we got tired of it, we decided to go to mass early in the morning. OMG, we were so sleepy we almost fell asleep, we were really embarrassed but thank goodness we managed to stay awake to finish the mass. Then we went back to her shop and had some home cooked lunch by her mom. It was so much fun, too bad we can't do it anymore because we were all far apart now. But someday, who knows!

These are great moments with your friends that you are always going to remember! I enjoyed it very much when we were younger and didn't care so much about our responsibilities. Now there is work, stress, money, family, and many other stuff that restrain us from having fun more often. When I have the chance I always take it and do something fun with my friends! I hope you will see yours soon!

My parents have very strict rules for us so they don't allow me out after nine. Me and my friends celebrate birthdays in the day time and also have good times in the day itself. Its not necessary that one can have good times in nights only. I hope you will understand.
