Is Earth Limited to One Orbital Path Around the Sun?

Do you believe that all the planets fit into one little disc around the sun? And who's to say we don't zip around the sun like an electron around an atom's nucleus? Maybe that's what the planets & stars & galaxies really are---electrons & nuclii & atomic-compounds, respectively. What do you think?

woooow!!! never thought about that before but now that i am i do think that there is only on path because if not the seasons wouldn't be so uniformed.

Then I wonder why no on has mapped the sun---not that I've ever needed (or even looked-for) a map of the sun, just seems like someone would've mapped it by now.

Both! I know it's "not mappable," as it's just a big blog of super-hot magma in outer-space; but it might be a fun mid-week activity for some super-smart astronomer out there!
