People is hard to drink 8 glasses a day, but when it comes to alcohol even more than 2 cases they can drink all . why is that hard people is very hard to drink 8 glasses a day?

People's excuses would be that water does not taste anything. and so they find other drinks that would quench their thirst. But now I realized that placing cucumber slices or lemon slices on my water can make a difference.

This question is really funny and that's also what i'm wondering about.Just remember to drink or eat thing properly no matter what it is.So if you can't drink 8 at all then try to see six or five would work.You don't need to push yourself like that.

8 glasses of water in a day is not much considering we are awake 17 to 18 hrs.any thing in liquid form -juices ,soups ,butter milk can be taken as substitute but certainly not alchol ,afterall we all want to be healthy .

Well not for me.I believe it is very easy to drink over 8 glasses a day.What all you need to do is make a routine, a routine that you will follow.Here's what i do ; I get up in the morning and drink 3-4 glasses of water right away, then the left 4-5 glasses come naturally during the day.Or else you make a routine of reminding yourself that you will drink 1 glass of water every 1 or 1 1/2 hour, and this is so simple and easy and that way you will achieve your target too.
