Micromax Canvas

I have no idea about why there is no difference between the price. I have seen a first hand video of the Canvas 2. And I am actually quite impressed. The specifications seemed really good for the price range they are launching it in. Hopefully we will see some more good products from them. So far they are on the positive side for me.

i seriously dont get what the people here think. my friend and all the other friends. all the BRANDED phones are now made and assembled in China as China is the best producer in technological things today. so NOW there is no use in looking for BRANDED phones ok?. Micromax, Karbonn, Lava etc are all Indian manufaturers... and as they are new to the market they give up things for low cost. i accept that the camera quality of these phones arent very nice. but .. the phones by those manufacturers are cheap. and what we get them for 10k is what we buy for 20+k from the Branded things. why make that much money when you get it for cheap?. comapring Canvas with Canvas 2 i would definitely go for Canvas 2. Because Canvas 2 has a dual core now. and have etter performance than Canvas. and it can support somewhat HD games too.

Hi Senbonzakura, Micromax is no doubt a cheap brand, I personally feel their products don't have quality. As far as their price is concerned, if you check the technical specification of Micromax phones, you'll realize that we pay more for that kind of configuration in Micromax cellphones. I've got a chance to see this phone, it's a competitor of Samsung Galaxy Note but the screen clarity is no where near to what Samsung AMO LED has and at the same time, RAM, processor etc are not that good but when you look at the price, you'll certainly think of ignoring all those things for the sake of that big screen. As far as price of these two cell phones is concerned, yes, the difference is because of the camera, the better the feature the more the price.
