Good day Fellow Mylotters, Indeed it is true that you will not really notice the time when you are enjoying the things you are doing. Hence, you will not notice that somehow your time to stop has come. Just like now, that I am doing my task on my online gigs. Since I am really enjoying what I am working on, so I didn't notice that it already going 3 am now. Hence, I would not bother to look at the clock when my sister was surprised since I am not yet sleeping. I just told her, that I will just finished some more then will go to sleep in few minutes. Thus, time is really unnoticeable if really you loved what you are doing.

Hi! I agree with you that when we love doing something we forget about the clock we ignore the time, we just want to finish the assigned work or the work we are indulging in. If I love doing some work I hardly check my watch but concentrates fully on accomplishing the task in hand.

Oh, I just remember those times when I was still working as an employee, that I really loved what I am doing during those years. That I couldn't find a time to look at the clock anymore. My colleague will just notify me that it is already going home time since they are starting to step towards the door.

I agree, you wouldn't know that it is time when you are enjoying what you are doing. Now that's the hardest part of letting go.. I mean sleeping. It is hard to sleep if your mind is still some pumping ideas... Well it is nice to know that you love what you are doing. great job.

Good day Mavic123456, I am also thankful that I have find my second home at this site. And the term, "hardest part of letting go", perhaps, I need to learn about it more.

I do not notice time passing by when I'm busy with something especially at home. When gardening for instance, you may have done a lot already but it would seem like the hours were short and you need more to do some more work.

If you are so passionate and loving the things you do, it makes the time unattended. Sometimes, time is not enough. Have a great day!

Hello Ai ! if we love the thing that we are doing , actually 24 hours is not enough , that is why we sometimes forgot that we need also to eat and sleep. We need to set a strict schedule for ourself and we need to follow it religiously because health is really at risk in here. Especially with this kind of work , wherein you got no boss but yourself , so just tolerating things to finish a task forgetting the most important thing the health. We need to regulate ourselves , have self discipline and will live longer and enjoy more beautiful things in life .

Hi Angelpink, What you have posted is really true. Working without a boss except yourself really needs a self discipline.

Well, its certainly true that time goes on quick when you love things you are doing.I also noticed it happens when we are joyful and is having a good time with friends. It has also happened when i am doing things with targets in mind and focused only on the things. This is happened to me many times in office. But then its important to live in this moment and look onto the things we need right now instead of thinking fo other things. In fact, it also helps us i enjoying things. One of the things i saw when time flew, is we gave our best to things no matter what we did.We might not have looked at things which were disturbing or obstacles to us.So considering those things, i think its not something to worry about. But i also have experience where i wanted to kill time but there was nothing much to do or take your mind of.And things which were available were too boring or was not helping for the things needed.Well,it was good reading your experience.I can co relate to it as even i have done the same many a times. Thanks!

Yes you are right, you will unnoticed the time if you're busy. I observe that one if I am too busy doing something that I love to do.

I feel like there have been a lot of times that I have not looked at the clock, as I was having fun chatting and like you say before we know it time has flown by. I like to read up on things and also chat to a few friends on the phone and I will say that it had been way past my bed time before I knew it.

If you love the things you do, certainly time will be unnoticeable. That is why it is important to have a job that you enjoy doing or else time will surely be longer than you thought, lol! I guess time well spent on things that really keeps you going and enjoying is really worth your time, LOL!

Yes that is true. When you love what you are doing you haven't notice the time or some things around. It occupies your mind and want to focus on it. It's good anway. :-)

Correct.. sometimes time really is so unfair.. when you are having a good time.. time really flies fast.. anyways aside from it.. when we are infront of our computer we really don't notice the time specially when we are so focus.. we even forget to eat sometimes...

Definitely agree! At work, I usually find myself wondering where the rest of the day went with all the task that I need to do.

Yes it's lovely for one who can do what he wants, but dear you should also take good care of your health. So when your body says no, you should really care for it, and leave some good stuff till another day. That's quite exciting, isn't it.~

Good day to you too,I too love it when I am doing something that I like to do.The time passes by....just like that! And when I am sleeping I dreem it about it also. Like I was working this one job doing some research for an insurance company and I love doing research.I couldn't believe it when it was time to go home and then I would dream about my cases when I would go home.It was only a temporary job and I was sad to leave it. I do genealogy, which requires a lot of research and writing, which I love! I love writing on line, especially and mostly on myLot..However,I am not earning enough money from it.

That is so true. It is real that when we love something we never know how much time passes by in doing them, because we love it so much. Same goes with the person, we love to live with. We never come to know about the amount of time we spend with them. But when vice versa, every time seems to be going off in an ages.
