Yesterday I saw add which make an offer for buying iPhone for a Rs 5000 EMIs. The iPhone is nearly up to costing 50,000. I was wondering, is there are people in the world who love to buy even cellular phones on EMIs. I'll never opt for a any kind of phone on EMIs. Down payment or no phones - that is my motto. What's your say my lotter ?

Hello I am fan on iphone and other apple product. But still 50000Rs is too much for a phone. So I will think three times before going for iphone. As we having lots of other options with same feature in low cost. What I think is Apple should go for low cost price phones for India, otherwise they will not able to compete the market here. But still many people goes for it here, but number of them is less for sure in compare of other.

Of course it's samsung that is currently leading the market. But having an apple phone is like making a statement in the society. But as you, I'll go for apple only if I have a loads of money otherwise I would go a samsung phone. And purchasing phone by paying emis, never. Only cars and homes I would prefer to have by paying emi. Cheers akp..

I am happy with my Nokia and certainly I phone is a status symbol and has many good features but at the cost it sells it better be very very good otherwise no one would buy it. I can not afford I phone nor I can even think of buying it on EMI. 50,000 is too big a money to be spent on a phone. So no way I would buy even if I had 50,000. they can be used somewhere else better, may be I would buy a scottie.

I fully agree with you about the I phone being so costly but If i have the money, by money I dont mean 50,000 rs but money to burn then I would definitely buy it but before that a good house and a nice car. And then if I have money left then I would surely buy it but not on EMI

Dear friend, Mobile phones gets upgraded always..when we finish the last installment, we may get a better one than what we actually brought. But it depends upon one's economy and the passion, need or any other attraction to that phone. I feel it entirely depends upon the erg to buy that product vs the way one pays for it.

Hi anil, Today everything is available on EMi, from tv to cars to dvd players and what not. Even a 2000 rs phone is available on EMI on home shop 18 and other sites. So I am sure I phone is also available on EMI but no I would not go for an emi to buy I phone because I do not like I phone much and I wont spend that much on a phone.

Dear you can't say like this. It is totally depends upon financial condition. Some fellows are there who can paid installment but can't give money at a time. So it is upon people :(
