In my last discussion I mentioned streaming oldies off the internet on my iPhone. Funny, but this one station that I found, as awesome as the songs are, they seem to be on a pre-recorded cycle and repeat every few hours. LOL My husband is siting here laughing at me, because we're listening to this station, and I'm telling him what the next song is going to be before the last one ends. hahaha I remember the BEST thing that was ever invented was the "shuffle" feature on the CD player, and then when the iPod came out, and I could shuffle upto about 10,000 songs, that was pure BLISS!!!! :) Of course the great thing is listening to this particular stream with someone who doesn't know it repeats, or who doesn't know me, for that matter. I'll sit here and guess the songs, and they'll think I'm a friggen psychic! hahaha

Way back there was a rock station here in town and just before it changed hands, it seemed to have recorded the play list and every day it was the same songs, in the same order at the same time...

LOL That must have gotten boring in a hurry! Fortunately for me with this one they are all songs I really like, so I don't mind too much.

that'd be so me...pretending to be psychic. In fact I've done that same thing along with many other "psychic" pranks.

Check out http://music.cbc.ca/ (if you haven't already). They have over 40 different music streams available for free. All genres.

All radio stations recorded their program if the DJ's are out and some want to save money for hiring regular DJ's. One of my friend, told me that some of the AM station in our country record some programs to save manpower.
