Free trade, or employees?

Some of my friends are working as free trader. Their income is quite high. However, they usually say that working as employee is better. The income is more stable and the job is softer and less pressure. However, I like to work as free trader more than employee. I like to earn much more money and having more power of decision. How about you?

No, my friend. "free trade" mean that you work a small business. You'll get goods from wholesaler, then you'll retail. You're not a company. You only work by you with a small capital.

I was once working to a visible company; although like you said there have been quite an interesting compensation when working to a private firm such as bonuses, health benefits, allowances, and some insurance. These are good but the question of working there and meeting them as your interests and purpose on life is quite hard most especially when you are more attached on doing something you really love and more passionate about. It’s quite hard to shift on something you are just forced to work with because you have to earn some decent money, but as for me, I would rather work on something that is meeting my passion rather than working just for the sake of working and not really loving my job, On the current, I am working as a freelancer and still I have no regrets on quitting my previous job because now I am more satisfied with my workloads because I can have my desired time on workloads and still it meets my passion like writing and art.

It's great because you can work as a freelancer. The income from your work is enough for you and your family? Here, we can work as a freelancer. However, the income is not high. It's not enough for me and my family. So, I don't want to be risk.
