It's just a thought. I don't know if I would be able to accomplish this goal. But it would be wonderful if I would be able to set up my own small canteen. I just had tried many good good at home and makes me wonder if we can make good and sell it. As I have enjoyed the delicious and yet very affordable food. That's what is important to make delicious, healthy and affordable foods. I myself when eating in small canteen would wish to eat something cheap yet delicious.

Being able to cook for the home is a bit different than cooking for customers. Running a canteen business requires more than simply having some decent cooking skills, too. If you have the money to invest, the speed and skill to prepare food for customers, a good head for making business decisions, a good location for the business, etc., it may be worth pursuing.

If you have the capital and the skills in cooking and management, I think that is a great idea for a business. Who knows? This might be a start of something bog for you. Big time caterers started small..... GO FOR IT!!!!
