I have noticed that most people I have encountered have bad dental problems. Some have lost some of their teeth, due to eating so much sweet foods and drinks.I think that was the cause why they have false teeth.I seldom see people with complete healthy teeth in their smiles.Other people have all their teeth made up of false dentures, because all are really in bad shape and decaying.

I'm still natural teeth. actually I'm not person who strictly pay attention to the teeth, but yes, I don't like food or snacking too hot, too cold or too sweet that give impact to the teeth in long term

I like to enjoy what life has to offer, like enjoying the good foods in the market,so I must always safeguard my teeth with frequent brushing to eliminate the bad elements that could destroy my teeth, then it could also make our breath fresher and presentable with a glowing smile and healthy teeth.

Hi, I have lost my two teeth some years ago because of cavity. All remaining teeth are in good condition. I always brush my teeth after every meal. I want to save all my remaining teeth.

30 years ago I got all my teeth punched out by an idiot boyfriend I was living with. The dentist couldn't save any of them so I wear dentures on the top and bottom. At 36 years old my son has bad teeth and always has problems with them and I blame it on the soda and candy he ate when he was young!

I think these all goes to proper personal hygiene, even if we keep on consuming sweet things, our health should be our priority. This could also be check by having some vitamins in our diet to make our system strong and would be capable to fight the germs that destroys not just the teeth but also the whole systems of our body.

Up till now, my teeth are still natural and they are moderately healthy in my opinion. Yes, eating sweet food and drinking sweets too much will destroy one's teeth and soon the person will need to go for artificial teeth. This is because sugar is acidic in nature. So every time after eating something sweet you may want to clean your teeth by brushing it or drinking some fresh water as they can neutralize the acid level.

Thank you very much for the response.I think brushing the teeth is not just enough to really clean the teeth. We must use some dental floss to clean the sides of the teeth, then that is the right time to take your toothbrush and began applying some toothpaste to totally clean your teeth and gums and tongue thoroughly. That is how I clean my teeth.
