..feeling bad as my sister is jobless now..

hey guys, i am very much upset these days as my sister is jobless now. It so happened that the company with which my sister was working was never treating its employees properly. They do not pay their employees on time and also restricts them to take leaves unless an emergency situation is stated. She said that she used to work so hard and has helped her company strike many important deals but she was never satisfied with the way the company has treated her so far. So two weeks back she has resigned from the company and now awaiting to work for some other companies. She has been staying away from us since last 8 years due to her studies and then due to her job. The worst part is that she is having very less money and the vacancies are also less in her city.
I got emotional when she was telling me about this over phone. She has asked my father to lend her ten thousand rupees. My father is also not having much money in his account. So I took the responsibility of giving that money from my account that i have earned from my new salary after working for a magazine 2 months back. I am glad that I am helping her and have reduced the pressure from the heads of my parents. As a brother I am trying to help her as much as possible by telling her about the vacancies in her city as she has no access to internet. Every day i am praying in front of the God for her. I hope she gets a good job very soon.

actually before my brother only stayed at home and jobless but after i graduate my parents open a small business and all my siblings work for this small business so now my siblings have their job even not high salary at least they have money for their daily needs.

That's great to hear about the family business. No matter how big or small u get the salary, it is the experience and working in a new environment that matters the most in the beginning that will be very much crucial in the coming days. i am sure u all must be having fun working with each other.

Yes u are absolutely right, it is indeed a frustrating and even i feel bad for my sister as i never thought that she would be going through such situation. In fact as u have said that u have been going through this situation also which means that there is a serious problem with our employment situation.

First of all i want to appreciate you , you are one of the brother which every sister would be proud off . Don't worry about your sister she will get a new job soon , as the market is slow these days it will take some time may be around Feb due to budget the recruiting part will begin then she will get a job for sure as she got experience . The same problem i have faced while i was working , it happens here and there now and then , instead of thinking of that we should concentrate on your next goal . all the best to your Sister .

Even i hope that she gets a good job as she is extremely talented and hard working. Yes of course the market is slow nowadays and i m eagerly waiting for the recruiting season to start as well.

Yes it is very disappointing to see my sister face such situations and as u said i have done my responsibilities as a brother so that she does not feel left out at all as she is very far from us. Thankfully she got the required amount that i have sent her. i am praying that she gets a good job in the coming days.

Sorry to hear that but take it positively. If that company isn't good than your sister did right by leaving it.
I know you're a good brother. Just be with her. You both should search for jobs. She'll surely get a better job than the previous very soon. Tell her to be positive . When one door closes another one opens.

Just as u said about the company and i feel that it is a great loss for that company as she has left it. i am trying my level best to search a good job for her so that she can get back to her normal life again.

You are a very good person Sub. Your sister is lucky to have a kind-hearted brother like you. Just keep on encouraging her to keep on looking. I am sure that she will find work one day. In the meantime, she needs all the help she can since she is away from the family. It is not easy to be living alone and jobless. She needs your help and I also hope and pray that she will finally find a good job. Just keep on praying and being a good person Sub.

Yeah of course i have been talking to her every day so that she does not feel alone as she is miles and miles away from her. i have already forwarded her the required amount to her account and i hope i will keep on doing my responsibilities as a brother as she means a lot to me.
