While i am removing programs getting problem with fatal error.......why?

I have got one error when i was trying to uninstall programs like nero, mcAfee anti virus, adobe flash player etc., It showing me the below message for me. Add or Remove Programs Fatal error during installation If anybody knows the actual reason for this, let me please realize it.

Anyway error code ? one thing you can do is try removing using safe mode and see if it happens again.

If not possible with add remove programs, is there any third party add remove utility?

it happens cause of one of the services cannot stop set to all unwanted program that you want to uninstall services startup type - disabled then restart PC and uninstall will be success also delete folders after uninstallation
