I was a very active person on my early days, as a student and even after I graduated from College, later on when I landed an Office job, I forget to perform my daily routine exercises. It was only lately I discovered my health deteriorated. My diabetes was at 750 the normal is 75 to 120 and I have also a high blood. I have my monthly check up using the insurance of my daughter, of which I am one of the benefactor. I begun to worry when she resigned on her job and applied for another job with no insurance extension to parents. I then think of doing a little exercise as a remedy and drink more warm water coupled with two tablets of METFORMIN for my diabetes. I gradually increases the time element for my routine exercises and maintain the usual intake of warm waters and take METFORMIN one's a day instead of twice. Lately I noticed my body is becoming more flexible with no more pain compared before and if seems my whole body is becoming more flexible as I was used to be. What is really surprising my diabetes is as low as 180 and my blood is back to normal at 120 over 80.

That's great news! Now you're back on track! Just stick to your routine and I am sure you'd be seeing less of your doctor.

The reason why I tried to practice again proper exercise is that most of the people aging from 40 and above are suffering from diabetes and high blood. Only few of the people on that age are practicing routine exercises most of them relied to some Office get together and little excursion and most of them are athletic on their younger days.

I decided to eat more naturally and I was on the verge of diabetes. I take herbal medicines and that worked. In fact, I started to loose weight. I had no idea how it happened, but I think part of it is drinking more water, giving up margarine and anything with trans fats and corn syrup sugar (sorry do not know the name for it). My doctor suggested I take some prescription but found that you have take more to stop diabetes. When I switched naturally, it worked. A natural course is much better.

Yeah, it was the advice of my doctor and it worked. My exercised routine started when I lost the insurance to take care of my health and it is for 6 months now and I feel great though on my first time of doing routine exercises it was really hard. Currently I never felt much healthy as compared to 10 years ago. I always kept it in mind what my doctors say it is very easy to lower your diabetes but the hard time is how to maintain the level.

Yeah, thanks it was the reason why I shared this to my lotters. Sometimes it takes experience to know what really is best for our health nowadays cost of medicine is zooming and I am not contented to generic for me it is seems less effective compared to branded but still they are okay and much cheaper.

Yes, sir, sometimes office works made us to become limp and unhealthy. who can still exercise when all your energies were sucked up with work's pressure and stress. LOL. Yes, start exercising (as if I am doing it) and start eating healthy food too. and if you have vices, cut it down because I know that it will be difficult to stop it abruptly. Good health to you sir. you are really doing it great.. Keep up the good work.

Yup,it is true that many forget their exercise once they have started their working life. And there comes all the problem related to health. Not only you, my friend but many of them are doing the same thing as you do. Just few advise, exercise at least a day in a week if you are very busy, drinking plenty of water, and control your food intake- cut sugar, salt and fat. do regular check up to maintain your body. Take care buddy.

Thanks, just don't quit doing your routine exercises as what I did before you reduce the time limit but never quit and together take some vitamins to filled up some missing vitamins on food you take. We must enjoy life to the fullest and to do it we must be 100% strong and healthy.

You are right, as exercise is the best way to maintain our health, plus eating properly as well. I walk whenever the weather is fit, as I know it is good for me, and good for my dogs as well. I have been struggling with my weight for a very long time, so anything I can do to help lose the weight, then I will stick wth it. Walking also helps me to feel better too, and it also helps me to sleep better, and I need that too, as I just don't sleep as good as I should. Keep up with your exercize routine, ans you will feel better too. Take care!

Good keep it up, that's right we must keep our body to see the wonders of the world that we have never seen before. Good eating habit, warm water, less worries, taking some vitamins to offset those junks food we sometimes take and positive thinking will be our tools to a healthy living with longer years to enjoy.

I believe that sopme type of exercise is good for everyone's health and can benefit their life. We don't always think of exercise as something fun to our lives but it is necessary to keep our energy levels going strong. It does not have to be an aggressive routine. if you are not sure about the type of exercise you should be doing it is wise to check with your doctor for approval.

my brother cut down on his medication to once a day and started cycling before or after work and on weekends because the medicine made him very constipated. i guess he feels he can do that because he's still young.

Yes of course but as I experienced if want exercise for healthy blood circulation you must do some routine that will make every inch of your body move doing exercise some athlete do is not really effective for sometimes movements is concentrated on some parts that you want to be strong and flexible the other part remain idle. if I am performing a walking exercise I see to it that my hands and arms are swinging to different direction bringing almost all parts of my body to action and I feel great by now.
