Yesterday I got my new trampoline. For one thing I didn't realize it's a Golds Gym product which I hope means it's going to be a good one. When the fed ex man knocked on my door I couldn't believe how big it is! It takes up most of my living room floor! ONce I put it down my cats couldn't get to it fast enough...maybe I can teach them to jump too! I've looked at all the videos and sites and found out there is a name for jumping on a trampoline and it's called rebounding. I've gotten on it a few times just to check out my equilibrium and it's great. It's so big that I won't have a problem falling off. I love my trampoline! What do you know about them? Have you tried an indoor trampoline?

I couldn't help but laugh I was imagining your cats jumping up and down on the trampoline together. Now that is what I fear when using a trampoline is falling off, at school we had two big ones in the gymnasium I would avoid using them, I don't like heights either. I am sure you will get used to it my friend, have fun.

My cats like to just sleep on it! I'm having a lot of fun and getting healthy at the same time. I don't jump that high so heights don't bother me.

i heard that it is very interesting to jump on a trampoline but i have no chance to jump on it yet. It is nice when you can buy it and right now you can jump on it everyday..that's great!!!

I have to admit it's a lot of fun and I can feel that it's good for my heart. Now I have to figure out how to get my cats off it...lol...

Well, it looks like Nemo is going to give you plenty of chance to use it today and tomorrow. I've never had one of those little trampolines. It would probably be more entertaining for my cats than for me, though.

Yes, Nemo is officially here! It's as entertaining for my cats as it is to me. I think I"m going to have to share it.

Good, now you can get started. I mentioned in your other thread (http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2745323.aspx?p=1#2_24286973) that yes, I have one and I also called it rebounding.

I checked out the word rebounding and found a lot of sites with trampoline exercises. So far I love it.

My nephew's got a trampoline but it's an outdoor one. I am no expert but I sure love to bounce on it and I heard also that it's a good work out especially if you get yourself to doing the flips that works the muscles and balance. Maybe someday when it's no longer chilly outside we will have some fun on it.

I've never been on one outside although I knew someone who had one but it was only for the kids. There a lot of videos with different exercises you can do on it. For now I'm just getting used to keeping my balance on it and doing pretty good.

No, i have always tried it outdoors because if i get it indoors than there would be chances of getting stuck to the ceiling and i don't want that to happen. Do you have a high ceiling?

Yes, I have very high ceilings and don't really jump that hight. I'm loving it.

Good for you ctry and I'm glad you like it. I'm also glad it's a bit bigger so you have more room for jumping around. I'm sure your cats will have some fun too, lol! Golds Gym has been around forever so I would imagine it's a pretty good trampoline. I wouldn't think they'd want their name tarnished by supplying lousy gym equipment. Never tried one so I really don't know too much about them. All I remember reading was how people and children fall off them and hurt themselves. Have fun!

It's really so big I don't think there's a chance I'll fall off it. I've been getting on it now and then just to make sure of that. Yes, my cats love it.
