What to do when you came to know that you are not performing well?

I used to have more concentration and speed before on the work before, but not lately. What to do when you came to know that you are not performing as well as you were before? Have you come across such situation before?

I will take a rest like take a nap or sleep. Eat something that would make you feel satisfied. In my case, I love coke float. And a burger. and banana.

vacation is perfect if you a budget for it. everybody needs that and is dreaming for a nice vacation.

Maybe you need a break? LIke you are getting all toxic and stressed out with the day to day grind of your work that you need to have a break in a few. Just refresh yourself, have fun and get your drive back. I don't know, but this is what normally happens to me when I feel like I'm getting lax at work.

When I decide to do something, I will try my best to prepare for it. Usually I can do well, but sometimes I will find that someone do much better than me. At that time, I may feel some uncomfortable, but I will try to learn something from that person, considering it is a chance for improve myself and trying to make friend with him/her.

I also think preparation always helps to do better in our lives. I think I should also try to learn from the experiences.

You can't Always increase your performing, there is a limit to all. I also doubt it's important Always to perform the best you can. It's not natural and it will take a lot of energy as well. BTW most times we are more critical to our own behaviour as others are to us.

Longtime around five years ago I used to work around 15 to 18 hours per day and would do double what I am doing right now. I used to do around double what I do in eight hours what I do now. Now a days, I am making more errors and I cannot even work around eight hours without feeling tired. I think may be I am getting really tired and lose concentration. I think I need to relax my mind and need to bring on the self-confidence that I have lost somewhere in my life.

The best way is to stop and give yourself a break. We all experience this and I guess this happens when our whole body is just tired to function.

Hello there ! It is but normal for us working hard in internet. Sometimes we can't maintain the intensity and the fire in working , there is really a time we felt in low spirit , weak and lazy especially if we've been working so hard with less rest. All we need is just a break then come back again with high spirit .

I always wanted to do my best in my job and I had been able to do before and long time ago I was one of the best and now a days I am not performing even the normal people do. I wish I could change.

I'd admit that i have this one happening to me a couple of times already. i think maybe that over time i have gone a bit lazy, or that i have become too tired of what has become of me already. i used to have so much drive when it comes to work. i used to have spent so much time working, and then i sure used to be doing a lot about my work. but now, i feel that i will work only when i am at the office and that i do not need to work the extra mile anymore. he he I have sometimes lost concentration as well because there are a lot of distractions.

That happened to me recently and i just sat down and did nothing but think about what I could do to change how I was feeling. today,I am feeling better because I took some medication. I was depressed and that was taking me out of my noromal routine.

I am also depressed about this and wish everything was normal as it was before. I think may be I need to take a break. I hope you everything is back to normal for you.
