Has This Ever Happened To You

I came on to my lot this morning and saw how much money had. Then i clicked on new discussions and saw that my money went down or away one cent. Now i'm not upset that it was one cent it went down because one cent is not anything really, but i am upset over losing any money at all. I mean if they can take away one cent one time then maybe next time they will take away whole dollars. I don't mind it being on cent gone i mind that it was any money gone from mylot earrings. Has this ever happened to you and if so what did you do about it?

Make a note of the discussions that were deleted so that you will know to avoid that type of topic in the future.

hello... Yes this has happened to me. And i know that there were adjustmentsand that there were adjustments made ib my accou t such that a post i made was deleted or a comment was deleted. These are minor adjustments though... But let us also acknowledge tgat sometimes we see our earning up a cent or two as well. =) With changes in my account earnings... I totally do not feel bad as i compleyely trust mylot to do what adjustments and appropriate additions needed for any discussion or comment i made.

Read the FAQs here: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#17 "they" take earnings away when posts are deleted because "they " do not pay us for doing a bad job. "they" take away all of our earnings if we don't log in for three months/90 days too. It is all written in the Terms which we agreed to when we registered.

When you respond to a discussion that ends up getting deleted, then you ddo losw earnings. I have had it happen to me, and so have others. It really isn't tht big of a deal though, as it is easy to make it back again. I am not here for the money anyway, as I am here to have fun and learn, and I am doing both. sometimes I have helped users, and ended getting my response deleted, because i knew the discussion was violation, but I wanted to help the one who started it and tell them what they did to get it deleted. You will more than likely have earnings lost a lot, so don't worry about it and just have fun, as that is what mylot is about anyway. Take care, and have a very good day.

Whyn would i lose anything on mylot for someone else's discussion being deleted. It's not like it was my fault. They should only take money or anything from the one that started the conversation. Not that losing what i did was a big deal because it wasn't but why should someone else be penalized fpr a discussion they didn't start.

The fact of the matter is that the amount that is in our account is really just a pending amount until the day that we are paid by the site. This means that the amount that we have can be something that will vary from time to time. We might lose a cent or two if a discussion that we've taken part in has been something that has been deleted or we might get an extra penny in our account if there is excess revenue after money has been taken away from people who have had discussions deleted. All of that said, fear not because this is something that does happen to all of us from time to time.

when they delete a discussion, or response you can loose some money. I rarely notice when money is subtracted, I don't let that get me unmotivated.

Same as me, i think it does not get to me when i am subtracted an amount or two... and i am not letting it de-motivate me. :D mylot overall is a good place.

I have never noticed this, but it has probably happened. I sometimes will respond to a discussion that is deleted.

I will keep an eye on mind. I really not noticed it much but maybe there is a reason. when in question it is always good to ask and then share with others for they will know. we all learn things new and from each other great question to ask...

stacks of money - big stacks of money. i'm ballin!!!
sometimes there are miscalculations with the earnings that the staff of mylot go through. the allocations that are sent from mylot staff to each active mylot member are very strict on mylot. the same thing has happened to me quite afew times. its nothing to worry about though. there's afew ways to make up for any lost cents. i see you'r fairly new to mylot. when you stay active on the site and post more, after a certain amount of posts you will get more opportunities to add onto your earnings in each of your posts. such as "mylot code" which has alot of emotions.

It happened to me, I guess that is normal. It's in the mylot terms, read that up again. I just ignore it, I think the administrators are just being fair to us. Just be careful next time. I'm also an old newbie (?) Still not very much familiar with everything.

Such things has many time to me and I knew why it was. Such things happen when any discussion get deleted by Mylot Admin may be for some reason after two three days. We get credited amount mostly second day and when question itself get deleted automatically amount which was being credited to those mebers who has responded it get deducted

If you happen to notice any decrease in your earnings, it is because most probably one of your post has been deleted. That is all there is to it. So you need not worry. Just make sure that you participate in discussions that abide the Mylot guidelines.
