Well MyLot is a good site to make some money on if you're dedicated, you could make $10 a month even if you spend a few hours a day here but you can't expect to make lots and lots of money online, just something extra. I agree with the others, your best bet is to get a job (if it is at all possible) and look at making money online as an 'extra'. If you can't work then I would find a few sites where you can make money, so they can all add up. I don't think sites that pay you like this will pay you enough to live or pay medical bills. But maybe if you're a member of many then it will, I'm not sure. Just do what you can though, I'm sure it all helps and you will find a way!
