I'm wondering if this download would work

I'm downloading a movie online but it says it would take eight hours to complete the download and I just am waiting to see if this would play on my tablet which is where I'm downloading the movie directly. It's much easier to watch and download movies on a tablet. So I would need to find it out in the morning tomorrow. I would need to make sure i would charge my tablet later on. So the download won't be interrupted.

it should not take 8 hours a thing to remember is this is a est. time to download if you watch the speed the time will go up and it will go down but yes plug in so it does not drop your download

Yeah the time goes up and down but I'm sure it's slow. But I can wait since i can just leave the tablet on. Or browse the net on my tablet while downloading. But i think it has something to do with the application also and not just my connection although I'm not so sure about it.

It was finished downloading upon waking up and i have watched it. It was nice movie and downloading another one but it seeks the waiting is just two hours this time.

You either have a VERY slow connection or the movie is in very high quality which probably would not play on your tablet anyway. What is the actual size of the file you are trying to download and what format is it in?

760kbps is, indeed, a very slow connection speed. It is right at the lowest end of an acceptable Broadband connection.

I have only 200 upload speed and from 200 up to 500 download speed

It's 2gb. I don't know what format it is but it did play well and had indeed good or high quality picture or movie. I enjoyed it so much. My tablet is nexus 7. I watched spider man. I'm downloading iron man now about 686 mb this time and the estimated time to complete the download is 2 hours only. I d don't mind waiting that long as long it's complete and high quality.

I don't know much about these things but taking 8 hours to download a movie doesn't sound right to me. I don't have a table and would think since it's such a big technological item it would be a lot faster. Have you tried any other sites?

I think so too. It seems a bit off that a movie would take that long to download, unless of course the internet connection is so slow, like that of a dial up maybe (if they still exist). I have a tablet and the longest the I have to wait for a movie download to be completed (on a DSL connection) takes about 3 hours max.

Yeah I'm surprised myself but I'm done and the movie was so clear and good. So it was just okay.

That is quite a long download there. I know there are apps there depending on what tablet you have that you can watch the movies online I have one on my android and with a 1mbps internet speed you can seldom see lagging problems with it and watch the movie without the need to download it anymore.

What site do you watch movies. I have 300 kbps speed only. What's your tablet and the application you use to watch online movies. I just watch spider man. Worth the wait for download to complete. At least i have a copy of the movie though. Can you recommend good movies that I should watch as I can't remember those good movies last year that I failed to watch.

either recharge again later..or leave the charging cable ON..so the download wont be interrupted by lo-battery problem.

A lot of people are against torrent downloading and are trying to stop it. I myself have used torrents but try to stay away now because of the bad publicity. When downloading torrents it depends on how many seeders there are as to how quickly you can download the information. Of course internet connection is important also. When I used to download movies I would download several at one time and download them at night when I slept.
