If ever find myself in a position where i can only pick one destination for a holiday because that is what i can afford , i think i will be i a dilemma on where to choose..Europe or America or China..New York or Paris ( have already been to London) or the far east, Shanghai or Beijing in particular.. Where would you decide to go if you can only pick one now , and you can afford only one trip to any destination? .Of course one can eventually visit all of them over time one , just the here and now..!!

Hi, I have been to Malaysia three years ago. It's a good and clean place, and it's a nice place to live. I am from China, so if I have a chance to choose a country to travel, I will choose a far country, such as America, if it is possible, I want to live there for a few day, to experience the life there.

That i can assure you will definitely be an eye opener, but a few days will not be enough, at least a month, i have lived in Toronto for few months , London 2 years, Sydney 6 months and also Yokohama 3 months and each time it is a culture shock that will get you intrigued and off balanced. Regretted not going to New york then coz it is near Toronto.. time just flies when i was living at those places, was lucky i could depend on friends who were studying or working there, Loved the experience a lot but strangely i get homesick for the country i was born at. the one thing i couldn't get use to despite having lived at those places a few tears was the winter cold, .. My home country is warm throughout the year and i never have to wear 2 or 3 layers of clothing but i miss going to the performing arts at london west end or sydney's opera house, concerts they have now and then..still now that i am back home , i will not trade it for anything. we all probably feel the same way about our own place where we were born..

Wow, you have been to many countries, how I admire you. I wish I can have that chance, first , I have to save a lot of money to do that. Malaysia is a good place to live, always warm, never too cold or too hot. I like it.

Probably Hong Kong and Macau for the meantime for a holiday. Last year I had planned to take my 4-year-old niece to Disneyland HK for her birthday this year, she just turned 4 but the plan didn't push through.

Speaking of which, if you go HK or Macau right this moment during CNY , it may be very quiet coz a lot of places are closed, some friends went to HK few years ago during the 1st day to 5th day of Chinese New Yeatrand this is what they told me ,city is like a ghost town, hardly any traffic at all on the roads, Almost everything is closed , shops or food stalls ,weirdly very quiet in the city .

If money won't be a problem, I think I will go to Santorini with my husband. I have heard lots of good things about this Greek town and I like what I have seen so far in travel blogs. Shopping there can also be cheap and very worth it. The weather is also perfect for boating. At least during the summer.
