Discipline is the key to success?

I think discipline isn't mandatory requirement to succes..a condition for being too concerned with the discipline we so lost half eraning, even more.. what do you think?

is it? lolz i don't think so cause I have a friend which is very naughty from child but when he already grow up now he be a lawyer lolz, seriously he very naughty one but well look to his success now

but this does not apply to all condition, even i have a brother who is very disciplined, but ordinary life

Its not the only requirement or should I say attitude in becoming successful. However, it is an essential trait that should be possessed by those who are aspiring for greater glory and success in life.
