My payment information cannot be updated

Hi All, I am trying to add my payment information to mylot. but it doesn't show any update button or place to add paypal email address.what should I do?

You can't add your payment information because you're ineligible to receive payment from myLot. Sri Lankan PayPal accounts can only send payments, not receive them.
