Bad Day part 1 - TFGHT Compressed

Hi all :)
I feel this is a bad day for me.
When i start my laptop, i get this error saying 'TFGHT compressed. Press ctrl+alt+delete to restart'
Anybody here has any idea about this?
Yesterday everything was working fine.
Please help

Ah ok friend.. this is not a basic problem... what happen to your computer before this error appear?? do you have bootable windows 7 USB?

Nothing happened to my laptop before this error. It popped out suddenly. No i don't have bootable usb. Will get it from friend.
