Got two toys for $1

At the shelter I volunteer at they have some items for sale. SOme are baskets of toys for dogs, and cats. They had a bucket of small snimal items, I started going through it. I got a runnning wheel, and the ball for 0.50 cents each. Both go for about $5 - $20 in store, I was leary about buying them just in case she doesn't like them. I am not a fan of the ball, but she wants to play at night, I was so exhausted took her out, and fell asleep luckily Marco babysat, and everytime she would climb the side he would push the side, and make her slide down it.

great idea... hope they like their new toys there. How is the weather these days there? Been nice here, but rains are in forcast for tuesday and wed. here...

On and off, it's cold but no snow or rain which is a bonus. I stat petsitting tomorrow, and got an email tonight about dog walking for a lady twice a week.

It is, I am treating myself for once, then the rest goes into savings. I am buying banana liquear, and sour raspberry liquer, which makes a drink that tastes like swedish berry the candy.

When you say the ball, is it that clear plastic one you put the hamster in and they travel around the room?

When I have the opportunity, I always like to buy toys and accessories for my pets at our local animal shelter. The reason that I like to do this is because of the fact that I know that the proceeds that they make are used for the well-being of the animals. In addition to that, I think that the price that you paid for these toys for her were great because of the fact that there is no way that you would have been able to beat those prices at a retail shop. If you realize that the toys are something that she really likes, there is no reason that you can't buy her more of these toys from a retail shop in the future.
