I have no urge to go shopping I have to buy the brats their veggies. I still have a big can of pork and beans, a big tin of pumpkin, 2 packs of jello, a can of cream corn, a can of mixed peas, and acrrots. a tin of tuna, two packs of spinach noodles, 3 packs of udon noodles, a pack of chicken fillets, half a pack of sweet potato fries, and a pack of regular fries. Leftover chicken in the fridge, and spaghetti squash. I may just get the veggies, and go shopping in a few weeks. I am trying to use everything up first.

I already bought almost all I needed to finish the month, but I will need more bread. I dread going to the super when I`m with so little money and in such a need to save, because I get tempted in buying little luxuriwes that add up. I want to use up everything I have first too.

I tend to do that, then use what you just bought instead of wha tyou already had.

It sounds like a good plan, because you have lots of things you can use and make good meals. The less often you shop the more money you tend to save.

It's true, also if I go in when I don't have time, I tend not to wander around looking at things.

I believe that we all go through those times when we really don't feel like going shopping. However, I also think that this is something that we need to get over because it really isn't doing us any good at all when we avoid going to the grocery store. I do tend to think that when we force ourselves to go shopping when it really isn't something that we were in the mood to do that we are less likely to end up purchasing things that we really didn't need.

I get like that sometimes. I don't want to so shopping at all. Fortunately for me I don't really need anything right now. My sister stocked me up pretty well on food before she left town and I have gotten a few things this week. I should be good for awhile.

Sounds like you are still good for this week. And you are right in using up everything you have there first, as they all are perishable. I have this tendency to use the very latest grocery items instead of the old ones whenever the items get piled up whenever we go shopping for the same stuff.
