Today is the first work day after Chinese New Year. Every one were happy for getting red pocket, but I faced a bad bad duty. 3C auditor suddently noticed that they came our fty for auditing at once! For the formerly audits, they notice us several days to prepare related samples and paper document. And I had to ask related colleges from diffrent department to prepare materials needed. But each of them just push their work to others, I responsed the situation to my boss, he unexpectly not satisfy to me and said he can handle these. But he couldn't. And finally, these burden still back on my shoulders. I sacrificed my breaking time to try my best to catch up with the scedule, but I still can't haddle the suddently audit. My boss just blamed me and not provide useful help. And finallly, the audit was over, he said I did a bad job. I told him cause other people did not cooperate very well. He obivisely said that I didn't told him! I told him every time when others not provide materials to me, he totally fogot it! I hated him! To deal with that stupid audit, I am very tired, those colleges not did their job, and not help me, and my boss blamed me.Why? I am politely to them, and not argue with them ever, and why they did this to me? Now I just want to be get rid of this bad mood. So I told my mother what happend today and then posted the discussion here. If I can get some response, that means somebody could love to hear me, it makes me happy. How do you deal with bad mood?

It's hard when you work under a bad boss. He wasn't supportive to you and he took no blame for the other workers not doing their job. Can be very frustrating. When I get into a mood, find that need to do something physical. Power rake the yard or take a long hard walk to clear my head. That relaxes me because it's balancing out my body.

First of all deep breath and relax yourself. Calm down and try to do something that will help you calm down, listen to music or anything that will help you calm down. It's good that you talk about it with someone to unwind. I've been through a lot of stress similar to that case wherein I really wish that everything would disappear and I asked myself what did I do to deserve this. Just try to look at the bright side, yes, it's easier said than done but try to think about the positive side of things. In that situation, you might actually have to deal far more worse situation as that one. It's better to deal with the worse situation first so that if things like these ever happen again then you will be able to handle that kind of situation. Think of it as a challenge or a test on how far can your flexibility and patience go. Always expect the unexpected, don't always think that everything goes your way.

Before, when I am in a bad mood, I would be banging doors, pushing everything that gets in my way. But now, I just keep quiet. I don't talk too much.

I usually get bad moods when I play competitively in Video Games. I guess I should be more grateful for what I have, than what others currently may not have, though it's probably worse to be grateful constantly because there's an endless supply of people who are less fortunate than I am. Perhaps it doesn't help everyone, but I sometimes rub my neck with water in the process. It typically gets really warm in those areas, so I would put a little bit of cold water and rub it around. It certainly extinguishes my anger!

Fixate myself on everything creating it and hit the gym, maybe play UFC Undisputed 3 first to get myself in the right mindset to work constructively. Video games themselves are a great fix.

I do a variety of things which include the following: Sometimes i just like to sleep it off. Sleeping makes me forget about my bad feelings, that is if i can fall asleep. I try to do other things to get my mind off of what is causing me to be in a bad mood, such as listening to cheerful music. I like to do fun activities online such as play games, basically any activity that gets my mind away from the things or people that puts me in a bad mood. The worse thing you can do is constantly thinking negative thoughts, constantly and purposefully putting yourself in a bad mood by thing about the situation over and over again. Do things that make you happy, and if you have to think, think about things and people that make you happy.

Well, sometimes we direct ourselves in cannot manage our mood. Most of the time, however, it is influenced by the behavior of the people with whom we have to do. By this I mean to the family, friends, work colleagues, etc.. From what I have seen in your own thread, I just noticed that your colleagues and your boss, to you have made to get angry and will alter your mood. Only advice I can give is to take everything calmly and do not get too nervous when faced with such situations.

Usually when I have this kind of bad mood, I would just lock myself in my room and do anything I want to do. Most of all, I sleep. Believe me, it helps a lot. Or, watch movies, read books, get online, play games, come here. The point is anything to make you feel better. Other people can only give you the suggestions, but you're the only one who knows what you want. Even after you read some suggestions and you find some that are annoying, I'm sure you're gonna feel even worse. So you decide. You're the one who can control your mood. Good luck!

Sorry to hear that your colleagues left you deal with the audit yourself. I am also in the accounting and finance industry so I know how stressful surprise audits are, especially if some reports and paperwork are not complete. Whenever I get into a bad mood, I always turn to comfort foods, like ice cream and noodles. Raising my emotions like this drains me of energy so I need extra nourishment (yeah right, lol!). So because it tires me, I just do not mind the people around me for a while just to avoid saying something I will regret later on. Then whenever I have the time and opportunity, I go for a walk or a jog just to refresh and re-energize myself and to rid myself of the negative vibes. When I am already calm and collected, then I can go have a talk with the people who have something to do with my bad mood and resolve whatever needs to be resolved.
