fruits are good for health and are good antioxidants.So an adequate quantity of them is advisable. I love watermelon and orange very much. They are so juicy and great source of vitamins. It also improves one's complexion and skin colour and keeps the body healthy

I found a picture of another fruit that my friend on mylot pointed out to me.

Mango, Lychee, Longan, Pear, Nectarine, Jackfruit, Pineapple, Apple, Fuji Apple, Asian Pear, Apricot.
See I love all kind of fruits. It is good for you. I like Oriental fruits because I was born in Asia and there were plenty of fruits when I was young. Now that I live in the USA, it is easy to get all kind of fruits that are grown locally here. Asia fruits are available but more expensive.
