Mylot Rating's

Philippines

I was so happy because I reached a 9 star rating here in mylot as well as the 91/100 rating with just my 600+ posts last time. But now, its 84/100 . Are my posts really that bad mylotters or is there someone here who keeps hitting (-) when I post anything. It's really frustrating for my part.

May be someone has rated you negative.Such things often happen with all of us.Don't lose heart.Be and remain active again. As active as is possible for you.And who says your discussions are bad?You have expressed your disappointment here in a very good way.As time passes and your activities here increase, the wuality of your discussion would increase here.May be you reach a blue star with 95,96 or 97 or even 99 as your reputation.Don't get disappointed by what has happened with you.Even my own rating had come down.I renained active and now have succeeded in restoring my blue star again.Don't bother.Just enjoy.

I understand what you feel, I have been into ups and downs, just a few days ago I reached 95/100 giving me a level 10 rating, then in matter of 2 or 3 days, I am down to 92/100. What I really noticed ever since, and I am sure that many members here are aware of, that usually when participating on highly sensitive topics like (religion, politics, etc.) where in people have different views and opinions, participating in such topics could easily affect your ratings either positively or negatively. Try it, and see it for yourself, but that's of course if your trying to be honest with your responses and not playing safe (neutral). Anyway, cheer up, in the end of the day, what matters is that you just gave your opinion of something, and it's up to other members whether they would agree with you or not. Lastly, I gave you a + to cheer you up, hopefully helps :), have a nice day.

There are a lot of members too who would rate negatively, some members are just not so forgiving when you have offended them. I guess though you might want to reword your posts or replies when you have to make a point. =) Don't worry, I hit you a plus sign so i can help you pull up the ratings! Have a great day kenshin. I hope you do not lose heart and continue to stay in mylot. Do maintain that participation drive you have so that you will be successful in mylot, never mind those who rates you negatively, you will be able to move past that, I am sure. have a wonderful day!

Don't be sad about it. I actually don't put that much attention on my ratings here in mylot. I just saw one day that I already have a red star rating, though I know it can feel really sad and disappointing when you see your ratings go down. Don't let it bother you. I read and reply to a few of your discussions here and I know that they're not bad . Just remember, Not all people will like you, But there are more people who do. Have a great day.

I wouldn't worry about your ratings all that much, as we all have the problem of them going up and sown. The thing of it is, there are some users that will ratge negative no matter what, and it isn't right but it happens. I don't give negative ratings, even if I may not care for the person all that much. No one deserves a negative rating for no reason. The ones doing it, wouldn't want their ratings to go down, so it works both ways. when I first started, I had very low ratings, but I just didn't worry about them, and slowly they went up and up, to where they are nowI wouldn't worry about them to much, because there are others that won't rate negative, and your ratings will go up in no time. Take care, and have a very good day.

I didn't even know there was a rating system. How do you see how you are doing?

Don't worry, just keep on posting here and have fun and before you know it, you will be back with your rating. Believe it or not, I had a star rating of 10. Then I replied to someone and it seems the person doesn't like to have someone disagreeing with him/her (seeing as I was the only one there who disagreed). I replied to that discussion because I experienced it myself and I would just like to tell them that it can be done another way. And what do you know, I am down to 9. At first it really bummed me, but I just moved on and I just forget about it. Who knows, maybe they think that I am really giving a poor discussion.
