Hello, my name is Woman and I have a cat and a computer...

I'm sure you'll find there are a lot of exceptions but it does seem that cats are taking over the internet! You hear about a lot of women hoarding cats, living with up to a hundred of them, but you rarely hear about anyone hoarding dogs. I wonder why that is? I'm deathly allergic to cats and a couple hours around one will usually see me in the emergency room for breathing treatments. It's a shame, for I really love cats. So I'm a dog owner and they are the most spoiled dogs around. I love all animals, really, even reptiles. I've never been bitten by anything but a scorpion and that's probably only because he was in my shoe and not expecting to see my toes! I think women generally lean toward cats because they are snuggly but also very independent and can mostly take care of themselves. Why these same women want to keep a man, the exact opposite of a cat, is beyond me!

That cat same first... But I'm sure there are women on there who are allergic and don't have cats. Some of them are actually dog people!

I'm a woman. I have a computer. And I have five cats. Does that make me five times the woman? I like to think so.

I am a woman (apparently) who owns a computer but I do not have a cat. I find that there are a ridiculous number of photos of and posts about dogs. Perhaps it is what we observer. Is it a typically English thing to see more of that which we don't like than that which we do?

I guess that I'm part of that 1/3 that does NOT have anything cat-related on their wall, other than something rescue-related. I'm a dog person-and seem to be allergic to cats now.

A smart woman won't put her face on the internet. I know a few that have other animals, one a horse, one a llama. Yes, I have cats, but I took the picture and think its a great picture, so I use it as my avatar everywhere.

I have a few computers yet no pets. I guess I am just missing out.

Three of them are very confusing and hard to understand some times.

I am an male and I was having a cat and a PC at the same time in the past and now I own only one, my PC. My lovely cat was passed away in an accident and I am in search of a new good cute cat.

I feel left out, I am a woman with a computer and no cat! But I would have a cat if I could but I can't. So maybe that would count, we just love cats I guess

Well I am a lady and I do not have cat, I think my little naghty child is the best kitten for me :)

We have all three at my place...the cat owns me and also the computer when he wants to...according to him, if he finds the keyboard the absolute best place to lie down and smooch, then it's HIS! My avatar at Facebook has an owl in it. Mind you, my avatar here has a cat...in case you hadn't noticed.

The more humans I know...the more I like my animals! My dog and my cat cohabit in a manner humans should take NOTE of!

No cats for this gal. I am a dog person and plan to stay that way. I don't mind a cat if it is outside. I have never cared for one in the house.

lets modify that a little bit..... A woman with a computer must love cats...... yes. Having a computer right now typing on the laptop, being a cat person but not able to give a cat a home as the contract forbids them......... lol......
