Lately my sleep isn't so peaceful. I wake up not feeling the best. I change pillows often. My sleep feels more like a war-zone. Sometimes I may eat in the evening which could affect my sleep patterns. I might try cutting out food 2 hours before bedtime. One of my friends refuse to eat past 10:00pm/If your enjoying a good nights sleep please share your secrets to waking up feeling great. Maybe I'm stressed and taking it with me to bed, who knows! Peace in life!

I don't sleep so well either. Since I'm getting older I have to get up to go to the bathroom a couple times during the night. Since I got married (2 yrs ago) I don't sleep as deeply as I did before. And I have bad dreams often. Life is happy during the day but I dream that my old boyfriend is still arguing with me and other bad memories. Then I'm sleepy all day:-(

When I was younger, I read a book called Lucid Dreams. It taught you how to control what you were dreaming. For example, In the middle of a bad dream you could tell yourself "this is a dream", and you could change it from then on. But you have to be able to sleep without being interrupted. And it's pretty much impossible to do that if you have kids or a husband or pets. So I was only able to do it one time before I had children and it was amazing. I really wish I could do it all the time.

If I can remember my dream this would work. Most times I only remember bits and pieces and the parts that I remember usually is something lighthearted and not disturbing. It could be the parts that I don't remember that's got me all Wacko! I need a dream catcher..

Hope your dreams become sweeter. During the day I'm okay it's just when I lay down I don't know what is going on and of course you can't control your actions when your sleep or can you?

A warm milk and hot shower do the trick for me. Also, I avoid exercising at least 2 hours before bedtime. And I do not eat a lot during dinner, basically only those food that are easy to digest and not too heavy on the tummy.

I had a shower before bed but still a tossing a turning night. Maybe I have to work on some mental issues. I like hot tea and maybe just one cookies.

Yeah sometimes eating heavy food at night would affect our sleep. Better always have light meal at night with fruits and vegetables

My sleep has been interesting as well. I'll exhaust myself and knock out - only to wake up wired a couple hours later. I'm starting to suspect my late-night over-consumption of food products. Maybe I should stop eating lots of food so late at night...

Something to consider, if you lay down with a full stomach your body instinctively will want to digest and we know the best time to digest is when your up and active. Nothing wrong with a light snack like nuts or fruit, I'm going to avoid meals like pasta and beans before sleep. Maybe that's one of the keys to a better nights sleep!

Well now days my sleep is fine. It is sometimes it happens that i cannot sleep which is because stress and depression. but most of my time i am getting a good sleep now days. It is very hard to say that i have a good sleep, because i never do have one. Well yes late eating can make you insomniac sometimes. Or if you are on aerated drinks or tea or coffee at night that can cause some serious insomnia.

My sleep isn't all that good, as I am constantly waking up in the middle of the night, and I have a hard time getting back to sleep. the worst thing of it is, I have a bad back, and that doesn't help either. i just can't seem to get comfortable and stay that way, so I can sleep without waking up. I sometimes will end up sleeping when I don't want to, during the daylight hours, so that compounds things too, as I lie there, until I get tired enough to go back to sleep. i think I might start doing mylot when I can't sleep, and see if that helps me go to sleep. more than than likely, it would probably keep me awake instead of getting tired enough to sleep. I hope that my sleep patterns will change one of these nights, but so far, it hasn't. i don't think I have got a good night's sleep in a ong time. right now i am wide awake, but then it is early and not time to go to bed. It probably won't take long to fall asleep, though, when I am watching television. Take care, and!

Hi, I feel sorry for you that you can't sleep well at night. But I don't have any problem with my sleep. I can sleep well. But sometimes when I have allergy then I can't sleep for the whole night. My wife has problem with sleeping. You should not take full stumuch food, should not drink tea or coffee late night. you should go to bed at fixed time. Always give up worries while going to bed. Always think about good things. And pray God before sleeping.
