Any home remedies for piles?

Can anyone suggest me some natural methods for curing piles. I heard that consuming radish juice daily would work but I ain't sure about that too. Any natural remedies or kitchen cures if you know then please do share it here in Mylot.

Radish is the perfect medicine for piles. Drinking radish juice with a spoon of ghee will give coolness to the piles patient. Pilex cream will give a great relief from the pain.
