So I left my apartment that I was renting before my lease was up cause I bought a house. This month I had to pay my mortgage at my new house as well as a thousand dollars rent at my old apartment. Well I just subletted it so I donta have to pay next month and I get my damage deposit back, yay, love the fact I don't have to keep paying and I get a bit of money back.

That's always a nice surprise! Now you can go and find some more antiques.

Lol, actually means I can pay off the credit card I used to purchase my antiques yesterday.

If you were really good, you can do that. If you are really bad, you'll go find more antiques.

That's great. More money will always be a good news for us. Especially when it comes to making house payments - be it a mortgage or rent, we always want to to be able to keep it at a minimum as much as possible.

hey that is great! i love when i recieve unexpected money! last year, the government decided that they did my hubby's taxes wrong and that he was entitled to money than they gave him. (i know, eh? when is the government willing to give us poor taxpayers any money!?) anyways, we ended up getting around $800 which was pretty useful at the time. you can use the money to pay for your antique market foray! lol!
