Yes, that's it there's no 29th February this year, a very sad date to whoever are birth on this date, there's no birthday celebration for them as the date are not exist this year 
, is anyone here are birth on 29th February? Well even there's no celebration will happen you still can have fun 
Today here is 28th February, cause there's no 29th February so I'm going to wish happy birthday to whoever birth today (28th February) and for the persons who birth on 29th February

yes that's right to the people who were born on the date of february 29 when it was there, they have no actual birthdays when it doesn't appear on the calendar, but they can either celebrate it today or on the 1st of march.

You know what?Until yesterday did I realize that there is no 29th February this year!lol.I'm so happy to see this because it will be March tomorrow,which means that Spring is coming!In terms of the matter of birthday,I also feel sorry for them.In my primary school,my teacher always gave math problems about February to us because it's the most special month in a year.Now that I'm clear about it and thanks to it!

I have a neighbor whose birthday falls on the 29th of February. What their family usually does is celebrate it on the 1st day of March, instead. I don't think they would just let 3 years pass everytime without having to celebrate his birthday.
but for me better celebrate on 1st march then nothing

Hi,
It made for the shortest month this time. I was reminded of it when the date wheel my watch has to be advanced three days to compensate for the lost days or I'll be left out to meet March 1 as it comes. March has 31 days so it could make up for it this time around. Birth on the 29th day of February cannot wait for the next three years to happen so it would be alright to celebrate it on the 28th or the first of March.

Wow nice of you to remember them, don't worry they are used for it anyway if you try to analyze everyday is our birthday. Surviving one at a time on every day of the year is already a birthday gift that we must to celebrate.
