Anything that is not natural is not good. Losing wieght really takes time but if you if you make haste in losing weight some problems might occur.like problems in your health most like liver problems and that is quite serious.so what I suggest is to use natural methods of losing wight less food intake, exercise and rest.

Yeah johndur, natural is always the best There isn't much to worry it would cause harm to our health if losing weight via natural method. Might be it would take longer time.

Well, during my pregnancy and after giving birth to my baby I had 25kg extra weight, I even did not have any acitivity as I am at home all time, then I start taking just a cup of tea in the morning and I do not eat all day just in the afternoon little and at night, what I did, I drink aamla jiuce, only 20 ml each morning and before going to bed, and I lost my 30 kg weight in 4 months with no activity, as I feed baby, that also helped me to burn my extra weight and now I am fit like before. your friend can make lime juice and drink that with warm water in the morning 15 minutes before taking breakfast and before going to bed. it will help so much and is natural product.

Hi choconut, I did buy fat burner tea to loose weight after giving birth to my first baby. It's awesome that my weight went up exactly 28 lbs. Really disgusting and found no clothes to put on. Still have to wear the maternity dress But I dared not take the tea even thought I was told it's really effective to loose weight fast. Yeah, worry such severe way to lose weight would harm the health. Nothing is more important than health. I just kept the well designed packet with green cover for decoration only. I decided to eat the daily required amount of healthy and nutritious food, cutting down the amount of my favorite desserts. Yeah, sweet and fatty as well as oily food and snacks are the great sources to gain weight. Having physical exercise regularly too. Persist to doing so is really important to loose the weight gradually. I's glad it took me four months or so to loose the unwanted weight successfully finally. Since then I can put on all the favorite clothes again and find no problem to purchase new clothes as well when come across any attractive ones Happy posting and have a fine day

Not a good idea. You might run into some complications like I had before. I guess it depends also on the ingredient that was on it. My personal experience, I have been taking some fat burner and its great from the beginning. I lost almost 10lbs within 20 days until I notice I am shaky and had difficulty breathing. I was rush to the hospital. I developed anxiety attacks and I almost have heat stroke. The doctor can't tell what causes my palpitations until I showed them the otc fat burner I was taking. Best thing is exercise and eating healthy.
